What is the best and easy way procedure to obtain bachelorhood certificate and character verification in Goa?

If your bachelorhood is doubted by your fiancee don't marry her (or him ?) . Same thing goes for character verification. There is no way to get these things certified. Any one who expects such certificates as endorsement of his or her fiancee's fidelity deserves to be dropped like hot potato. This is my advice , which of course you may reject now and regret later. Sorry if I sound rude.
