Which country is cheapest? Thailand, Sweden or India?

I am planning a holiday this summer. I am American, and I consider going to Thailand, Sweden or India (Goa). I heard all three countries are cheap. One of my friends (from Norway) tells me that Sweden is one of the cheapest countries in the world. Is it true? How much do meals, food, lodging etc cost in Thailand, Sweden and India?
