My aieee rank is 12692 and bitsat score is 304..please help regarding admission in an engg. collg?

I wish to pursue mechanical engg..I am not sure if i will be getting BITS pilani campus with this score..should i opt for BITS PILANI Goa Campus or should I go for a college through AIEEE??..if latter then which are the colleges i may get??...plz post some quick answers...urgent!!
