Greyhound Schedule help?

Next week I am supposed to leave Seminole, Texas from Anderson Welding on 604 E. 2nd St on a Greyhound. I just recently was stranded for two days - in the middle of no where trying to get here and I was at a small bus stop like this - because the bus was too full to take me. I was wondering if the Lubbock, Texas station would be any better. It's confusing to me because the station is Citibus, not Greyhound. It's on 801 Broadway. Could anyone help clear this up for me? Or should I ask a Greyhound bus station?
