I have a tapeworm, I'm scared that larvae will get into my brain?

Can this happen, I used to smoke weed and found that they live in the bud, I found one one day and put it in water. After verifying it was an actual tapeworm i drank it. I'm schizophrenic and am prone to delusions, i thought it was a goa'uld. I'm on meds and better now but killing it with pine apple juice of guayaba is unlikely even though they are said to do the job. Its difficult for me to get to the doctor so what kind of danger am I in.
